While waiting for the bus today, I happened to come across someone carrying MEC gear.
“Hey you Canadian?” I asked.
Sure enough, I had just ran into Tyler from Toronto and his friend Edwin.
I had been wondering how many people knew I was Canadian the past two weeks as I carried my MEC sling bag. Next to the Canadian flag, I think that MEC brand reveals the carriers Canadian nationality.
I also met Caroline, a teacher from the UK. I learned that they do not install air conditioning in the UK! Here I was melting in the bus until my metabolism slowed while was feeling cold.
Too bad bus rides knock me out so the conversation was pretty short.
Still she was kind enough to pose for that picture as the bus drove into the sunset.
